Privacy policy

Short, because this site does very little. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by us, no third-party scripts.

By Arsal Riaz, Technical SEO Consultant Published

This policy covers seomigrationservices.us. It is written to be read rather than to satisfy a template, and it is short because the site genuinely does very little.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no third-party embed and no tracking script on any page. This site sets no cookies.

Two small scripts run in your browser — one for the mobile navigation menu, one for the sticky contact bar. The second stores a single value in sessionStorage to remember that you dismissed the bar. It never leaves your device and is cleared when you close the tab.

What our hosting provider records

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and abuse prevention.

We do not have access to per-visitor logs and do not use them for analytics. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy terms as our hosting provider.

If you contact us

Email and WhatsApp are the only ways to reach us. There is no contact form.

When you email, we receive your address, your message and whatever else you choose to include. When you message on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your display name and your message; the messaging itself is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and encryption, and we have no control over that layer.

Correspondence is used solely to reply and to carry out any engagement that follows. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with third parties except where a client explicitly asks us to work with their agency or contractor.

How long correspondence is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Correspondence relating to an engagement is kept for as long as the business relationship requires and any applicable record-keeping obligation, then deleted.

You can ask for your correspondence to be deleted at any time by replying to any message with that request.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address in the footer. There is no verification hoop to jump through beyond replying from the address concerned.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you rights of access and deletion. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA, and we never have.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the revision date below changes with it. Since the site collects nothing, changes are only likely if a contact form or analytics is added — and either of those would be reflected here before it shipped, not after.
